Currently have no TV from one of my V6 boxes. Other box is working fine, just the one box. Box appears on with blue light. Run the test Virgin says equipment working fine. However, on TV it says there is no signal from V6 box. Have switched off and reset multiple times. Have changed HDMI input and still same problem. All connections appear fine.???
The fix remains the same - you appear to have a fault with your box, so call Virgin and report it. Their fix will be either to resolve it on the phone with you, identify an area fault and log it, or arrange a tech visit. Either way....
