Since yesterday I have been unable to use my tv. The message that comes up is "Weak or no signal check the antenna cable connection". I only have a virgin remote control, as when I upgraded to the V6 box the engineer set it up so that I didn't need to have 2 controls, and therefore, the input channel will be correct.
I have checked all cables and none seem to be damaged or loose. I have unplugged the tv and V6 box numerous times without any joy. I have also tried to reboot the box a few times, again with no success.
