I have 3 boxes in the house but on one of the boxes most the channels say no signal and picture is distorted. Changed the TV about week ago but only just stopped working

Welcome to the forums and for your first post - sorry that you're having some issues with one of your boxes since making a package change.
Can you confirm how the affected box is connected to the Hub? Is this via WiFi or a direct wired connection?
Can you try connecting the box to the network via the below instructions and let us know how you get on?
