No signal msg

Hi new to this provider and v non technical! Kitchen tv was working fine and now get no signal msg. One of the suggested checks is to check the input. On every other remote I’ve had there is a source, input button but not on my Virgin remote. How do I check the input? Cheers Brian

Hi.
The input/source button well be on your tv remote.
If you are able to do the volume of the tv on the virgin remote then pressing and holding the tv button for 5 seconds should bring up the input list. It is differant on each make of tv.
