No power

I have a V6 box and the other day I went to turn it on and it had no power. I have tried using another plug and still nothing. I have tried to contact Virgin media but just get left on hold. Does anyone know a way to contact them and get a replacement?

TV service faults are best reported by phone.

150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.
