We have zero power to our virgin box. We've tried all options i.e. making sure it's plugged in, switched on, changed fuse, checked cable etc. Issue is simply no power. Has any one else had this?

I'd recommend calling VM to report this.
150 from a Virgin phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone - choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
