No power to v6 box

Hi guys,

We had a bad storm this morning and the thunder and lighting was quite bad. We had what I would describe as an almighty explosion which felt like it came from right outside my house. V6 box and tv shut down straight away. No power going in at all. Unplugged v6 box from tv and tv came back on. But nothing from v6 at all. Also v6 box was meant to update as I've upgraded my package. Ps tried to plug it back on using other wire and it turns tv off.

Sounds like you need to call Virgin to report your faults, and arrange the necessary replacements/engineer visits.
