I was watching my virgin media box this morning then it went off, turned it back on the light of the box came on and went back off.
I checked all the leads and nothing, as thos is my additional box I checked on other box and nothing...
I normally leave a message on the app, but can't find the message tag anymore. Does anyone know how I can fix the problem.

Apart from swapping the power supplies around and/or different mains plugs, it sounds like you'll need to call Virgin to report your fault.
150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.
