We have a v6 box n currently have sound but no picture. It has been pixelating a bit then last few days . Any ideas b14 area

Is this pixellation on live TV? OnDemand? Recorded programmes?

Can you please check that all the cables leading to and from the equipment are secure and without damage. 

Also, can you please confirm if this issue is impacting any channels in particular?

I can also confirm that there are currently no outages detected for your area.
