No paid for channels on my second box

Tuning in

not withstanding the shocking customer service (amazing how 2nd line) couldn’t suddenly hear me with 7 minutes to go until close of support time and terminated my call!! 
I just need to know how I can get all my paid for channels on my 2nd box. I did not receive the QuickStart text so was calling to get them to resend and 2 and a half hours later nothing. 
sorry for the rant. Is there a quick way of getting this text resent?

You don't need a text message to resolve this, so when you call back just ignore all the prompts for self-service and wait on the line for an agent to answer.

You may be able to avoid the need though - your multiroom box should have the exact same channel selection as any other box in your home, if it doesn't, and it's a TiVo/V6, follow Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels

If that fails to resolve, you will need VM intervention to rectify what is likely incorrect package codes.
