I recently had 3 Tivo V6 boxes installed. two are on Ethernet and one is wifi connected. When the engineer installed them it was apparent that On demand and Catch up was not working. It stated "On demand is temporarily unavailable (V273) Please try again in a few minutes". He looked at the message blankly for a few seconds and said it should be all right in a while. It has now been two days with the same fault. I have rebooted all my boxes repeatedly as well as the router with no success. I have spent two hours on a phone to virgin only for the operator to say that she has no knowledge of fault V273 and the issue is being "escalated". If the fault is still there in 72 hours to call back!
I had virgin installed yesterday and have the same problem, no on demand or catch up and have error V273. Did you manage to fix the problem and if so could you advise please? It's quite hard to get through to Virgin at the moment.
