No menu on the V6 box

Hi.  When you go into the menu option there is no information available.  The message is “to be announced”.  When you go on demand it says temporarily unavailable V210.   With the error message C133.  We have tried the online instructions and reconnecting to the virgin media service it comes up with failed whilst negotiating.   Tried phoning but get cut off.   Can anyone help?

Re: No menu on the V6 box

If you haven’t done so already, do a restart of the V6, either through the menu system or by powering off the box then powering on.

Is your broadband OK?

Hi. Yes we’ve rebooted by powering off then on again.   The broadband is fine.

Re: No menu on the V6 box

Is it still working and delivering TV channels though?

How is the V6 connected to the Hub - wifi or ethernet?

See what it reports about the connection by pressing on the V6 remote...

Re: No menu on the V6 box

Is the V6 displaying any red icons on its front panel?

Is your V6 Ethernet cable or WiFi connected to your broadband router?

Re: No menu on the V6 box

Yes still showing tv programs.

It is WiFi connected.

We have found a message saying Show info running out M59.   We are still within the 12 month deal we opted for and no bill issues.

Re: No menu on the V6 box

Good news.  The router installed by the virgin engineer to boost the upstairs signal seemed to have had a moment.  We’ve just rebooted it and everything is now working as it should.

Thank you for your assistance and stay safe and well.
