No lights on V6 box after powering off at plug

My TV box was powered off at the wall yesterday (in error). The power was turned back on but the V6 box has no lights on at all now. Nothing works. I have checked all of the connection (including into the power supply adapter. I have changed the fuse in the plug, and tried the plug directly into the wall socket (and a second wall socket) but no avail.

I have run the diagnostics on the virginmedia website but no problems either locally or in the area. Any ideas please?

By a process of elimination, it sounds like the only thing you've not eliminated is the PSU - which you can't, without a spare.

Silly question, but are all the disconnectable bits all safely secured?

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, all the connections are secure.

Huge wait on the help line at the moment. I have tried tweeting them as I think its a PSU problem or the box has fried (which is odd as the psu was plugged into a surge arrester power block).
