So since yesterday my Mum has had no Internet, tv or landline - I think it’s ridiculous to have the landline going through the box but hey ho
Anyway she isn't very tech savvy but has tried everything they suggested but nothing worked so an engineer is going out on Thursday.
I've included a few pics of what comes up on the screen and wondered if anyone had any advice that could help?

16% indicates no signal, perhaps a cut cable or a pulled out cable at the wall?

She's checked all the cables 3/4 times so guessing it could be an outside cable.
