Our remote stopped working. We’ve had a new one delivered. No green light on it at all so can’t pair it to the box or the TV.
Should we ‘unpair’ the old one first? And if so, how do we do that? Can’t find any help on the Virgin site.

Is there anything here virg.in/VTVremote that helps with the remote issues? You mentioned that you had received a new remote, is this the same issue you had with the previous remote?
