I’ve rebooted and checked all connections. Last night the channels kept changing to the number 6 and now no connection. The box now has an orange light. My main router is working. How can I fix the problem?

Good stuff - but for the benefit of other people who may come on this forum looking for help with a similar issue.... what was the fix?

To be honest, I’m actually not sure. I rebooted my box several times and switched off mains. It’s just started working again.

Sorry to see you had an issue connecting your TV box to the network previously and the problems caused with the channels by this.
We're glad to see it's been fixed by rebooting the box, this is the first thing to always try when things don't work great.
