No delete option

We have a programme recorded on the QVC shopping channel on our "MY SHOWS" list.

We`ve been through all the options relating to the programme but there is NO delete option.

It`s been on for thre weeks now and we want to delete it.Can anyone help?

Re: No delete option

Should be - have you tried inputting all the Samsung codes - in turn ?

...sorry but this is not the solution to 'delete' programs from My Shows??!

This is the correct procedure:

Re: No delete option

When reaching the point to put the code in,the on screen instruction is to keep tapping the channel up button

until the tv turns off which denotes the correct code is in.After tapping the button for 15 minutes with no response

I gave up.

...given that there are hundreds of codes, you will eventually hit the right one so keep trying!!!

Re: No delete option

Clearly   Husband, Dad, Gamer, Gadget Lover......    Twitter: @deans6571   did not read the original problem, or failed to understand the problem.

The solution using Recording Hiccups is the correct method when there is no delete option shown and the Clear button does not function.

I too had this problem and can confirm the Recording Hiccups solution works well.

Re: No delete option

Thanks for the reply Michael41,I looked at the recording hiccups section and it does have a "permanently delete"option

which did work,is there any way to delete the whole folder because doing each one seperately will take hours?
