My tv box had the green screen problem (continuous restarting, etc) 2 weeks ago. I chatted with someone on live chat and they submitted a form. I was quickly contacted by someone who said it needed replacing and a new one would be sent by mail or an engineer, whichever was quicker. Unfortunately that was the last I heard.
I can't seem to find any way to actually contact anyone. There don't seem to be any phone numbers, I can't see the live chat anymore. How am I actually meant to get any help with this?
