So i have no channels on the additional box in the bedroom all channels are greyd out and asking me to subscribe although i have the full house bundle. Anyone any idea what the problem could be and how to fix it ?

can you send me some details over private message. acc number, address, postcode and serial number of the box. If it’s a V6 it should start AAAx
mid the box hasn’t been switched on for a while they de-activate and need re-activating. the box also may need connecting back to the hub via WI-FI (if it’s a V6)
