I had a Virgin media box (V6 box) and broadband hub installed over a week ago and still do not have 'catch up' and 'on demand.' Just gives the error message:
'Catch Up is temporarily unavailable. (V273) Please try again in a few minutes."
New activation hits have been sent from a virgin forum member and I've re-booted a couple of times but still nothing.
Can anyone help please?

Yes network settings says I'm connected, my Virgin wifi is fine and I can connect to apps through my virgin box. Still no catch or on demand.
If you hover over my name and send me account and area I will look into your account
