No catch up or on demand - V273

Hi,

I had a Virgin media box (V6 box) and broadband hub installed over a week ago and still do not have 'catch up' and 'on demand.' Just gives the error message:

'Catch Up is temporarily unavailable. (V273) Please try again in a few minutes."

New activation hits have been sent from a virgin forum member and I've re-booted a couple of times but still nothing.

Can anyone help please?

Hi have you checked your network settings in help and settings if unsure send pm by hovering over my name

Yes network settings says I'm connected, my Virgin wifi is fine and I can connect to apps through my virgin box. Still no catch or on demand.
