No audio and distorted picture

I’ve unplugged it - restarted it several times and checked other services on it (Netflix, etc) and there are no issues
Tried every option available here and via Virgin troubleshooting on the TV
What’s next to get this sorted ASAP? If it’s the box itself then I want an upgrade replacement box - which we were supposed to get before CoVid lockdown restrictions cancelled the appt earlier this year

Sorry to say, but your post leaves more questions than answers!

You've mentioned a distorted picture - is this on live TV? OnDemand? Recorded programmes? Streaming services?

The same question for audio - but how is your V6 connected? Is it an HDMI to your TV? Or do you have any optical connections to A/V kit or suchlike?

If you can confirm the symptoms you're having, and when/how they're happening, we can certainly start to advise.
