No activity from V6 box

My V6 box appears to have stopped working completely. No signal of any kind to the TV.

Lights look OK on the box (solid white). I've triied rebooting everything, swapping HDMI cables, checking connections are tight - no change.

Other Virgin services are OK.

On the VM service status checker, it says there is a TV issue in the area - but it states this: "You may find they are getting ES073 error code(s) on your TiVo."

I don't know if that is relevant to my issue.

Could someone from the team advise?

When you reboot the V6, what on-screen graphics do you get? It should be "Welcome", "Starting up" 3/4 times then the front screen of the TiVo UI.

That online status is of no relevance. It's likely you'll end up reporting this to faults - whether you want to wait for a forum-team response, or call in for immediate pickup, depends how urgently you want this sorted.

Nothing at all appears on the screen. It's as though the V6 box is not connected.

I will ring VM faults dept this evening.

I didn't need to call VM in the end, the problem was fixed yesterday evening.

My new box has done this most of the day , Virgin is just getting worse
