I need to book an engineer but do want to spend £30+ on phone charges waiting for somebody to talk to me as I did last time I needed one. Can I book one online. I have no TV signal. I get a start up message and welcome page and nothing else. I have restarted the TiVo several times, disconnected/reconnected the cables and still nothing. Can you help.
You can call TV faults on either 150 free from a Virgin landline, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone. 03 numbers are charged at landline rates, in exactly the same way as calls to 01 & 02 numbers are.
