No TV guide, on demand or catchup

The TV guide simply shows “to be announced” for all channels

 

TiVo box is hard wired to the router. 

Also, on demand and catchup and unavailable- it says (V273)  

We have only had the service for a week. This is a little annoying. Could somebody please help?

When message do you get when you go to Settings -> Network - and try a network connection?

You should have an ethernet cable from the V6 to the Hub - as well as them sharing the RF coax.
