Probably as good as anywhere to start - is anything reported? If not, you might need to call VM Faults first thing in the morning.

Looking into the account, it appears that the hub is online and the set top box is also online.
How are things looking at the moment?
Were you able to check our Service Status Checker or called our Service Status Line 0800 561 0061 for any outages that we may have been experiencing?
