No Catch up

Got no Catch up or on demand service! Just blank screen and scrolling wheel then  Code 501.

On what device(s)?
How is the V6 connected to the Hub?
What does it report about that connection in... home>help>settings>network>connection ?

Hi John..Thanks for quick reply.  Surprise, surprise...the Xmas Fairies have been early, 🧚🏻‍♀️ and everything is working fine again this a.m.  The wonders of modern science!  How I long for the old days of three channels and old "clunk clicker".  Worked every time 🤞😉
