3 hours to get through to get my box activated to now find out after putting phone down on demand and catch up don’t work. Have rebooted. Any ideas?!thanks
Does your box have a working internet connection? Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, and check the top-right.
Are you using a TiVo or a V6? If you're not sure, check https://my.virginmedia.com/your-tv-box/index.html

Yes we have WiFi connected and it’s a v6 box

Thanks for your post. Apologies to hear about these issues with On Demand and for the delay in response, we have been very busy and doing all we can to get to each customer ASAP.
Have you since been able to get this resolved or are you still having problems with Catch up and On Demand?
