New v6 box error s102

Hi,

New box, all cables snug and secure, loading channel list gets stuck at 33%

Read previous posts and apparently virgin need to send a signal - can’t get through on phone or text service - waiting for call back

Hi you need to phone the activation number 0800 9539500 have your account number area code and serial number of the box to hand. Regards Micky

Yes, we found the only solution was to wait patiently for a human to answer on the phone service (took just over 60 minutes). It turns out that although our new V6 boxes had been registered on our account, somebody had mis-typed the serial number of one of them. Once the serial number was corrected, the S102 error resolved.
