New upgrade

I’ve just received my new upgraded contract and it say’s it comes with V6 BOX. Will this be sent to me direct or do I need to call customer service.

Hi NVB,

It should be sent direct  to you. If you log into My Virgin Media and click on tracking you should be able to see when it's despatched.

You should receive either a text or email from the courier when it's due.
