Upgraded my account this morning and was told new channels would be available in a couple of hours. None are available. I have gone through the method well documented of help-tv care- missing channels and it’s not worked. I have reset box twice
Are you sure you're not trying to watch HD whilst only being subscribed to the SD of Sky Sports? Have you also received an email confirming the change over happening today and not at another time such as 24 hours?
