My old remote for my v6 box has been a little dodgy from time to time so I went through the online diagnostics to check what I needed and was told I could have a new remote free of charge. However, when I clicked submit to complete the order I was told there’d been an error and to try again - which I did several times.
Is there another online process to use to save having to wait on the phone for an inordinate amount of time?
Hello and thanks for the reply. I’ve used that link and it says you can send me the new remote - but when I go through the process, the final page tells me there has been a technical error. Hopefully this screenshot works!
Thanks for confirming those details, I have ordered the replacement remote for you and it should be with you in the next 5 working days. It is usually quicker than this but I have to set expectations for how long it can actually take.
