New remote needed - unable to get through on phones

Anyone on here able to access my account and arrange for a v6 remote to be sent to me?

I’ve had v6 since Aug 17 and it appears I have an old TiVo remote not a v6 remote and as a result I am unable to pair it to my v6 box via RF.

tried contact centres on 150 but just can’t speak to a human due to Covid

You can text (not call) Virgin on 07533 051 809 and after a bit of to-and-fro with an automated bot at first you should be able to start a text chat with a VM rep who can send you a remote.

Or you can wait for someone from VM to pick up this thread.

thanks for getting back to me. I managed to get in touch using text message service and they have sorted me one out. Just waiting for it to be delivered now 👍🏼👍🏼
