New remote V6

The online support for remotes is pathetic. I was on hold for 20 minutes and it said to leave a mobile number.... anyway.... I just need a new remote sent out!? ASAP! Batteries and the link and pair thing isn’t working so I just need a new one. You think paying £70 a month would mean better service for support for older people.

You could try the text messaging service.

Just send  a text with a description of new remote to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

You can also call  150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, go via the TV Faults route, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues.
