New kit please

I was told towards the end of 2019 that we are eligible for a hardware upgrade and that we would be contacted in the New Year.  Not heard anything.  Appreciate that the world has gone mad since but as it seems that new customers can get their new kit and set themselves up I'd like to make sure we also get the upgraded kit we have been promised.

If you have still been unable to get through on the phones or Live Chat on the Web site then you can send texts to this number 07533 051809 with details of the issue. Might take a while for a response but might be quicker than the other options.

They are able to despatch equipment if they can see an issue with your existing equipment or if it is redundant.
