Hi there,
Not sure I’ve put this in the right forum. I got an email from Virgin in April saying that as we were on old equipment they’d be sending some new kit. Not heard anything since then and I can’t seem to see anywhere on the website that I’d order or confirm it or anything. Has anyone had something similar?

If you have one of the older TiVO boxes
Older TiVO
These are being replaced as they are no longer supported. The replacement will be a V6 TiVO
TiVO V6 box & Remote
for which you must be a Broadband customer.
There is also another email going round trying to encourage a migration to V360 Horizon
V360 master box
This is the same hardware, but a completely different operating platform. There are many pros & cons to migration, which is currently COMPLETELY VOLUNTARY. If the change is the first one above I would say go for it. The V6 is a far better box. As far as V360 is concerned, do some research & decide whether its right for you BEFORE taking further action.
