New customer no on demand or catch up

Hi I’m a new customer my phone and broadband is working the tv is working just I can’t get on demand and catch up also error code v210 which isn’t showing on the error codes list I searched and still not showing on my app it’s saying services running ok so why isn’t on demand and catch up

Run the network test from V6. Then post back if its succesfull or not.

All done says connected but it’s not?

Also I’ve reset 3 times and reset the hub!

Yeah dont think its your connection, sounds like your accounts not configured correctly on VM's back-end. Ill flag it for staff to look at.
