New customer missing channels

I am a new customer and an engineer set up the V6 box. I have the bigger package yet I have minimal channels, the channels are greyed out saying “subscription only”.  I have tried to reboot and tried to rectify this via the help/settings menu missing channel option but it says “there I a technical issue”. 

I am concerned that my tv package has not been activated. Virgin how do I rectify this?

Do you get any error message and what channels are you actually receiving? There is a possibility that your box has not been activated properly.

Try rebooting the V6 please. If the channels are still greyed out then you need to phone to get your box activated. 0800 953 9500.
