New customer missing channels

Hi there

I received my v6 box today and am missing most channels following setup. I have run a text and apparently my account has been disconnected.

Would appreciate some help please

Hi, If you go to HOME > Help and Settings > Help > press up and across to TV CARE and select missing channels and follow prompts.  Wait 20mins and then go to HOME > Help and Settings > Settings > Network > Connect to VM service now.  When that has completed reboot V6
