Ive just had a replacement box,the technician said there was a way of getting all my recordings back on to my new box,can anyone help with how to do this please?
The functionality to copy series-links and settings has been broken for several years now - the website says all the right things but doesn't do any action.
Recordings have always been box-specific and are lost when your box fails or is replaced.
