New V6 box stuck

Hi,

My new V6 box arrived, connected as instructed but now stuck with Welcome screen then starting up... screen rotating and occasionally the download icon comes on.  Please help!  I've done the rebooting and unplugging in of everything, tried different cables and different slots but no difference.

Is this a new V6 install, or a fault replacement?

It needs 2 connections - physical white coax cable for the TV signals, and a wired/wireless link to your homehub for the internet.

Are both inplace?

It's a new install, replacing a TIVO box.  Both the coax is in and the ethernet to hub.

Got an engineer attending tomorrow, would prefer to avoid that but hey ho
