New V6 box on demand won't work

Hello. We had a new V6 box just over a week ago due to the old one breaking. Since I've set it up the on demand , catch up and Help section will not connect or work. The box was set up correctly as I did the one before it and that worked fine. It's connected via ethernet and I have tried rebooting it in case the connection was wrong. There isn't anything wrong with the internet connection as far as I can tell. Any ideas?

What happens when you try to use any OnDemand services - do you get any error messages, for example?

You can check the box's internet connection by following Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, and looking in the top-right.

Hi. It just loops back to home screen. No error message. I checked internet connection and it always says connected no problems.
