New V6 box no channel subscribed

My V6 box broke this week and I had a new box sent out. 

Partner has now loaded it all up and got it working, except we have no channels available to watch as they all say we have to subscribe? Obviously we already have a virgin subscription. 

Thanks for any help

Hi, Can you goto HOME > Help and settings > Help > press up and across to TV CARE and down to missing channels.  Follow the info there, if you then wait 20 mins, then go to HOME > Help and settings > Settings > Network > Connect to VM service.  When this has completed then reboot
