Have a broken old TiVo box so was told Virgin were replacing it with a new V6 box. New V6 box has just arrived with no coax cable adapter, Ethernet cable or remote control!
Just been on hold for 56 minutes and the line went dead. This is really terrible service. Can someone from VM please contact me about getting my equipment sent out so I can actually connect my box.
