New V6 Box

Have received new v6 box. Installing and gets to 33% then says it can not obtain the channel information and restarts again.... help please?

If this is a new box, it may need activating first.

You can do this by calling 0800 9539500, and having your box & account details to hand.

Also make sure the box has a working internet connection via your VM home broadband.
