New Tv Customer - Channels missing, error code V201 and no apps
I am a new customer and set up the Tv box. However I cannot view many channels on my subscriptions. The categories on Home screen like catchup tv, search, on demand are all showing error code V210. I cannot view any apps on the apps & games section as well.
Any solution ?? Tried rebooting and resetting the tv box with no luck !

Hi Please send me a private message, not reply or quick reply, with your account number, area code/ postcode and the serial number of the tv box and I'll have it activated correctly for you. Please make sure the box is switched off until I confirm is done. Thanks Rob
