Replaced an old Tivo box due to hard-drive failure with a new Tivo 6 box. It initially worked but one day in has a flashing orange light and wont load past the Welcome screen.
Reviewed all online help. Multiple attempts at turning it off/on, unplugging all cables, resetting.
Multiple attempts to call Virgin - holding for hour then get cut off. Repeat. No response available.
Any advice on what to do. Unfortunately other reviews appear to need a replacement box but it's only days old.

How is your V6 connected to your homehub? It's possible a software update or install has gone wrong, and without a reliable internet connection it can't complete.
I suspect you will end up having to persist with calling it in, but it's worth checking the internet connection just to be sure.
