New Remote Control

How long does it take for a new remote to arrive ? I ordered one last week and nothing yet.

It works fine apart from turning the box on !

I am sorry to hear that you are yet to receive the remote control, we normally advise it can take between 5 - 7 business days to arrive. 

As of yet has it arrived?
