New Mix TV channels not added

Issue:

Last Friday I renewed my contract, as part of this process by TV channels were changed from Mixit TV to Mix TV.

I still cannot access the new channels which are part of the Mix TV package. I contacted your customer support via phone on Saturday and was advised that someone would contact me to look into this issue. I have not been contacted.

Can someone please contact me to investigate why the changes to my TV access have not activated?

Hi go to home, help and settings, help, TV care, missing channels. Regards Micky

Issue resolved, the network cable had become disconnected. After connecting the box to the internet the services updated.
