New Customer - have Internet but no TV Channels

PLEASE HELP!

Hi there

i have the same problem. Engineer was here and got the Broadband up and running and left before the TV channels were set up and running. We now have Internet by no TV channels and we have the Maxit Package?

Activation line is saying everything is activated so now what?

Do we need to phone in again as it’s near on impossible to get through?
