New Box order not showing

Received offer to switch to new box which I went for.

received email confirming date but didn’t arrive, it did state may not arrive on time due to current circumstances but not showing in order tracking either.

anyone else had issues receiving new box upgrade?

it warned old box would disable 5 days after delivery, I assume it starts from actual delivery not planned delivery date

I have had this exact same issue. I got the order confirmation email, was supposed to be delivered on Saturday but never got email confirming delivery date and the order isn’t showing on my account so absolutely no way to track it and see when the new box will (if it will) be delivered.

Me too! Contacted via phone this morning and lady I spoke to does not seem to understand! She said its a new hub 4. Said already had correct TV box and would not get any new channels! I want to email customer services but no option!

I have just received an email to say that the upgrade is happening on Tuesday! Very odd.

Same, looks like whatever the issue was they’ve now sorted it.
